Leadership Dimensions provides clients with a seamless service to create the high quality outcomes that exceed expectations. We are able to do this by assigning the right team of professionals to the work.
Typically, your Client Service Team will comprise of an:
- Account Manager – the main point of contact and the person responsible for the success of our engagement
- Project Manager – an office-based consultant who ensures open communication and transparent reporting around all aspects of the engagement
- Subject Experts and Delivery Teams – our team of subject matter experts, facilitators, coaches and trainers allow us to meet the requirements of each client engagement

Stacey – RTO Manager / Project Management Team Leader
Stacey is responsible for the RTO management of Learning Dimensions Network. As Team Leader – Project Management, Stacey is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client projects. Stacey is client focused, commercially savvy and brings a wealth of experience to the role of managing a multitude of projects herself, in addition to managing our project management team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to budget while satisfying client expectations.
Stacey has over 10 years of experience in project management and delivery of training programs for a variety of blue chip and government organisations, including working with our clients to successfully manage delivery of projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her experience covers a broad range of learning interventions including industry accreditation, VET, higher education, coaching, corporate development programs and administration of assessment tools and surveys.
Úna- Project Manager
Úna has over 15 years of learning and development experience. Having honed her project management skills working on projects for such organisations as Accenture, (alongside clients such as Telstra, ANZ and NAB). Úna leverages her extensive project management expertise and a sound knowledge of, learning and development, instructional design and relationship management ensuring exceptional outcomes for her clients.
She has a passion for people and knowledge sharing and ensures a targeted focus on client deadlines, budgets and quality service provision. Úna holds a Bachelor of Science (with honours).
Susan – Project Manager
Susan brings over 4 years of experience in law, training, and recruitment consulting to her role. With a passion and strong belief that “Together Everyone Achieves More –TEAM”, she strives to ensure that high quality of service is provided to both client stakeholders and other contributors. As a goal orientated, focused and committed individual, Susan ensures that all projects are a top priority and completed to high quality of delivery within agreed deadlines. Susan holds a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma in Criminal Justice and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Chris – Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Chris has over 10 years’ experience in the education and corporate training sectors; including industry accreditation, VET and higher education. Her primary responsibility is for project managing LDN’s key national Blue Chip clients, delivery of quality resources, and a high level of client service that meets their training requirements. Chris has previously worked for one of the Group of Eight Universities in Australia, and a global human resources training company. Her wealth of knowledge is reflected through her understanding of the various training packages, based upon the needs of the organisations and clients. Chris holds a Master Degree in Marketing.
Ben – Editor, Desktop Publishing Administrator
Ben’s responsibilities include the daily operations of the DTP functions to ensure both internal and external client deliverables and timelines are met on time and to budget. Ben ensures all materials reflect our client’s brand and our own professional standards.
