Jannette – Business Development
Jannette is an experienced Senior Business Development Consultant within the corporate industry, helping businesses with planning and execution of strategies. She helps organisations to identify their issues, then source and implement the correct course of actions for clients of all spectrums.
Building relationships, problem solving and the ability to identify needs of customers is of high priority for Jannette. She also brings years of experience in HR and Leadership, combined with a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Úna- Project Manager
Úna has over 15 years of learning and development experience. Having honed her project management skills working on projects for such organisations as Accenture, (alongside clients such as Telstra, ANZ and NAB). Úna leverages her extensive project management expertise and a sound knowledge of, learning and development, instructional design and relationship management ensuring exceptional outcomes for her clients.
She has a passion for people and knowledge sharing and ensures a targeted focus on client deadlines, budgets and quality service provision. Úna holds a Bachelor of Science (with honours).
Chris – Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Chris has over 10 years’ experience in the education and corporate training sectors; including industry accreditation, VET and higher education. Her primary responsibility is for project managing LDN’s key national Blue Chip clients, delivery of quality resources, and a high level of client service that meets their training requirements. Chris has previously worked for one of the Group of Eight Universities in Australia, and a global human resources training company. Her wealth of knowledge is reflected through her understanding of the various training packages, based upon the needs of the organisations and clients. Chris holds a Master Degree in Marketing.
Ben – Editor, Desktop Publishing Administrator
Ben’s responsibilities include the daily operations of the DTP functions to ensure both internal and external client deliverables and timelines are met on time and to budget. Ben ensures all materials reflect our client’s brand and our own professional standards.
